Why does it take so long to determine if service is offered?

Synergy Internet is not a large company. Currently we only cover about 8 states. During these trying times we have found ourselves understaffed and without much needed manpower. We also like to offer service to rural areas. All of this combined means that we have to research your area to determine if we are able to offer service at your address. On average this takes about 15 minutes. So rather than keep customers waiting, we take down your information and reach back out to you at a more convenient time.
